On October 9, China's first hydrogen, power, oil and gas joint construction station started construction in the Dalian Free Trade Zone, and it is expected to be completed and put into use in 2020. It is reported that this is Sinopec’s first hydrogen, electricity, oil and gas combined station integrating hydrogen, charging, gasoline and diesel, LNG (liquefied natural gas), and photovoltaic charging. It is also China’s first cross-border e-commerce company integrating hydrogen, oil, electricity, gas, and Five-in-one" energy supply and chain convenience service new outlets.

In order to increase the development and application promotion of hydrogen energy technology, and to comply with the development trend of hydrogen energy, the Dalian Free Trade Area lists hydrogen energy as an important new energy development direction, and formulated and implemented the "Dalian Free Trade Area Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles and Related Industries Development Planning" to actively build a hydrogen energy industry chain and economic ecosystem. Hydrogen energy demonstration parks are being built, and hydrogen energy technology R&D applications are vigorously carried out. At the same time, it will deepen cooperation with Sinopec Group in the field of new energy and accelerate the pace of hydrogen energy network deployment. According to the plan, from 2021 to 2025, the Dalian Free Trade Zone will build 3-5 hydrogen refueling stations and carry out pilot demonstration operations of fuel cell buses and logistics vehicles.

The hydrogen refueling station project started this time has a total investment of approximately 23 million and a planned area of 6865 square meters. According to the initial plan, it is divided into 4 major functional areas: hydrogen energy operation area, LNG operation area, bus stop, Yijie cross-border integrated service area.

After the project is completed, it will be merged with the existing Shenggang Oil and Gas Station to form a comprehensive service supply platform integrating hydrogen, oil, electricity, gas, and cross-border e-commerce functions. Hydrogen energy operation area: It is equipped with one set of hydrogenation equipment, one group of hydrogen storage tanks (9m3), two double-gun hydrogenation machines, the filling capacity is 500kg/12h, and hydrogen energy filling service is provided. LNG operation area: 1 set of LNG skid-mounted equipment and 2 single-gun liquid dispensers are provided to provide LNG refueling services. Bus stop: 20 buses can be parked, which can meet the needs of bus operation in the area and make reservations for future development. Yijie cross-border integrated service area: mainly provides cross-border product display, sales services and electric vehicle charging services. Editor/He Yuting
