The project is located in the AL SAFOUH area of Sheikh Zay Road, Dubai. The exterior design is in the shape of palm tree trunks, with an irregular geometry as a whole. It includes 3 floors of underground parking, 7 floors of above ground parking, 6 floors of hotel rooms, and 7 floors of hotel apartments. , 27 floors of residential floors, covering an area of 5397.13 square meters, building eaves height of 226 meters.
