Project scale
The project starts from the west of the Jinyushi toll station of the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway and ends at the Loudi hub where the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway intersects with Louxin Expressway, Serpentine Mountain Town, Louxing District. The main control points along the line are Liling City, Tianyuan District, Lukou District, Xiangtan County, Xiangxiang City, Shuangfeng County, Louxing District, etc.; the total length of the main line is 154.245 kilometers, constructed according to the standard of two-way six-lane expressway, the design speed is 120 km/h, the subgrade width is 34 meters, and the design load of bridges and culverts is Class I highway .
The connecting line in Lukou District is 4 kilometers long and adopts the first-class highway standard, with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour and a roadbed width of 25 meters. The Shuangfeng East Link is 4.274 kilometers long and adopts the secondary road standard, with a design speed of 60 kilometers per hour and a roadbed width of 12 meters. The subgrade, bridges, culverts, crossings, greening and environmental protection projects in the fourth tender section of the project and related alteration projects and ancillary projects (such as access roads, temporary bridges, etc.) other than the main project of this contract Open tender for construction.
Detailed engineering
The roadbed is 340 meters, the excavation is 8047m3, and the filling is 92007m3; the bridge is 1658 meters, the main bridge of the Xiangjiang River Bridge is 892.84 meters, the bridge type is a prestressed concrete four-tower five-span low-tower cable-stayed bridge, and the Xiangtan shore approach bridge is 765.5 meters. Prestressed concrete small box girder is first simply supported and then continuously prestressed.
