The Wujiagang Yangtze River Bridge is located about 6.1 kilometers upstream of the Yichang Yangtze River Highway Bridge, starting from Jiangcheng Avenue in the south, crossing Tan'ai Road, Binjiang Road, Yangtze River, and Wulin Road along the line and ending at Huaxi Road. The main line is 2.813 kilometers long. The bridge is a 1,160-meter orthotropic deck steel box girder suspension bridge. It is divided into 77 sections. The single standard beam section weighs 243.5 tons, the end beam section weighs 290 tons, and the total bridge section weighs nearly 20,000 tons.

The Wujiagang Yangtze River Bridge in Yichang is one of the 19 river-crossing passages in Hubei Province in the "Planning for Comprehensive Three-dimensional Transportation Corridor of the Yangtze River Economic Belt" issued by the State Council. It is also the construction of a "four vertical and five horizontal" express road network in Yichang to realize "one river and two banks". An important channel for common development.
