Henan Provincial Public Service Center for Electronic Bidding and Bidding announced on February 4, 2021, the winners of the project from the Henan-Hebei province boundary to Yuanyang (Lanyuan Expressway) of Anyang-Luoshan Expressway. The consortium led by Henan Transportation Development Group Co., Ltd. won the bid after the bidding. The estimated total investment of the project is about 15.633 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The starting point of the project route plan for the section from Henan Province to Yuanyang (Lanyuan Expressway) of Anyang-Luoshan Expressway is located at the northwestern Henan-Hebei provincial boundary of Xiwang Village, Tianshi Town, Neihuang County, connecting Qingyuan to Wei County planned by Hebei Province Expressway, the route goes south to the northeast of Gengpu Village and enters Anyang County, continues south to cross Tanghe and enters Tangyin County, and crosses Weihe in the southeast of Dugucheng Village to re-enter Neihuang County, and enters south of Hougui Village Within the territory of Jun County, Hebi City.

The route continues southward and enters Huaxian County in the northwest of Baijiazhuang Village. After setting up Niutun Interchange in the northwest of Hooying Village and S309, it enters Yanjin County of Xinxiang City through the southwest of Nansonglin Village. Continue to the west of Huixian Tun Village and enter Yuanyang County, stop at the northwest of Huzhang Village, Taiping Town, and cross the Fengqiu-Yuanyang section of Lankao-Yuanyang Expressway under construction, set up Liangzhai Hub and Shun'anluo Expressway The line from Yuanyang to Zhengzhou reached the end of the project.

The total length of the route is about 143.9 kilometers. The project adopts two-way six-lane highway technical standards, with a design speed of 120 km/h and a roadbed width of 34.5 meters.

The project adopts the construction-operation-transfer (BOT) operation model, with a planned construction period of three years. It will be composed of Henan Transportation Development Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Third Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Second Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Henan Highway Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. , Shanghai Highway Bridge (Group) Co., Ltd. won the bid.
