Recently, the executive meeting of the Nan'an Municipal Government has studied and passed the "Nan'an 2021 Road Traffic Project Construction Schedule". In 2021, Nan'an plans to implement 54 road transportation projects, involving a total investment of 38.12116 billion yuan. The annual planned investment is about 3.2291.5 billion yuan, including 14 pre-projects, 16 new projects, and 24 renovation projects.

Among them, the Nanjin Road Municipalization Reconstruction (White to Black) Project (Phase II), Jiangbin South Road (Phase I and II), County Road 328 Line (Xingdong Bridge to Tangjing Health Center) widening and upgrading, east Expansion and upgrading of British Highway, reconstruction of Fengzhou-Honglai section of Provincial Highway 215 (formerly Provincial Highway 307), Huanhu Road Network (Hubei Road and Branch Road) in Luqing Business and Leisure Zone in Shijing, Luqing Middle Road, Fujin 10 road traffic projects including North Road, Maoxiang West Road, and Honglai Crossing Section of Hengba Line are scheduled to be completed and opened to traffic in 2021. The Honglai Bridge renovation project is planned to complete the preliminary procedures and start construction in 2021. Liucheng-Xiamei Highway, the third-line provincial Xin-Ximei section, National Road 324 rerouting project (Lian-11 Line Nan’an section), National Road 358 (Hengjiu) Line) Nan’an City Ximei to Liucheng Highway and other projects are undertaking pre-project work.

New project

The Quannan Line Expansion Project has a total investment of 3.9 billion yuan from Quanzhou City to Yongchun. The line starts at the junction of Honglai and Luojiang, passes through Honglai, Kangmei, Meishan, Jintao, and docks, and connects to Yongchun. The planned total length of Nanan is 30km. ; Wuyi New District to Xiamen Expressway (Anxi-Xiang'an Section) with a total investment of 3 billion yuan, the route starts at Anxi East and passes through Nan'an Yingdu and Dongtian to Xiamen, with a planned total length of 25km within Nan'an City; Shijing to Xiang'an New The airport expressway has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. The route starts from Shijing Town, and a new cross-sea bridge will be built to the Xiang'an New Airport. The planned route is about 10km in length.
