The bidder was Binhai County Urban Construction Development Co., Ltd., with a total project investment of approximately 7.152 billion yuan.

Overview of Development Projects in the East Area of Binhai County

The project is located in Binhai County, Yancheng City. ①The construction of resettlement houses and basic supporting facilities in shanty towns is 3.665 billion yuan; ②The construction of schools is 1.26 billion yuan; ③The construction of hospitals is 372 million yuan; ④The comprehensive treatment of water environment is 505 million yuan; ⑤The construction of parks is 450 million yuan; ⑥Service-type construction 9 100 million yuan. The above-mentioned project content can be adjusted appropriately. The final construction project, scale and planning and design indicators shall be implemented as approved by relevant local government departments. In principle, the total amount of the project shall not exceed 10%, and the preliminary cost shall be adjusted according to the corresponding proportional changes.

The project cooperation period is 8 years, tentatively adopting "N+5" years, "N" is the construction period of the project (3 years, calculated from the date when the capital of the investment partner's project first arrives), and "5" years is the repayment Payment period, while ensuring that the project is completed within the general contract construction period according to the project plan.
