It invested 250 million yuan and installed 3 production lines and 7 welding jobs. The island has a construction area of 40,000 square meters, and each line requires only a few people to perform program control. This has changed the industry’s high cost and long production cycle. After digital and intelligent upgrading and transformation, the automation rate of Sany Offshore's small port machinery "lighthouse factory" is close to 80%. Upgrade and continue to increase the automation rate of production."

At present, the efficiency of Sany Offshore's small port machinery "lighthouse factory" has increased by 50%, achieving a monthly output of 80 reach stackers, 30 stackers, 30 heavy forks, 30 grabbers, and telescopic booms. The monthly output of forklifts is 200, and the monthly output of Dagang Machinery Spreader is 10.

At the same time, the "Lighthouse Factory" of Sany Offshore Engineering University Port Machinery is also under construction, and it is expected to be officially put into operation in May.

In recent years, Sany Group has invested nearly 10 billion yuan, took the lead in launching the construction of nearly 30 lighthouse factories or smart workshop projects in the industry, and comprehensively introduced new production organization methods such as Sanxian data centralized control and flexible production islands to promote the "accelerated operation of intelligent manufacturing". In September last year, the construction of the "Lighthouse Factory" of Sany Group ushered in a milestone moment. The monthly pump truck output of Pumping Plant No. 18 exceeded the peak value in the past eight years, and successfully reached and stabilized production, becoming the first beacon factory in the whole group and even in the construction machinery industry!
