The CCCC Road Construction Consortium won the bid for the Lushi-Luonan (Henan-Shanxi Provincial Boundary) expressway project, with a total investment of approximately 9.86 billion yuan and a construction period of 36 months. The Lu's-Luonan (Henan-Shaanxi Province) Expressway is located in Sanmenxia City, Henan Province. It is connected to the Luanchuan-Lushi Expressway under construction. It runs along the Luohe Corridor to the west and ends at the border of Henan and Shaanxi. Tongxiang, with a total length of about 45 kilometers, the 4 bidding sections undertaken by China Communications Road Construction, adopting two-way four-lane standard construction, with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour, the winning bid amount is about 2.26 billion yuan, and the total length is 10.4 kilometers. The main construction content includes roadbed, road surface, Bridges, culverts, tunnels and other projects. After the completion of the project, it will be of great significance to improve the layout of the expressway network in Henan Province and promote regional economic and social development.

The CCCC Road Construction Consortium won the bid for the Wuzhi-Jiyuan section of the Yanhuang Expressway. The total investment of the project is approximately 11.645 billion and the construction period is 36 months. The total length of the project is about 97.5 kilometers. The two bidding sections undertaken by China Communications Road Construction have won a bid of about 3.028 billion yuan and a total length of 25.35 kilometers. The main construction content includes roadbed, pavement, bridges and culverts and other projects. The Yanhuang Expressway is one of the 16 east-west horizontal passages planned in the "Henan Provincial Expressway Network Planning (2021-2035)". It starts from the Hebao Expressway and the Erguang Expressway hub, and passes eastward through Mengzhou, Wenxian, Wuzhi, Yuanyang, and Lankao stop in Minquan County. It is planned to start construction in the first half of 2021 and open to traffic in 2024. After completion, the Lianhuo Expressway North Double Line will be formed. The route is close to the Yellow River and can drive the development of the ecological economic belt along the Yellow River.
