The project is located in the Namib Desert in central and western Namibia, about 65km away from the coastal city of Swakopmund. The main content of the contract is the general contracting service of mining construction in Hushan Uranium Mine No. 1, including the supply of civil explosives, drilling and blasting construction, and excavation. Transportation, construction, etc., with an annual stripping volume of 6 million cubic meters, and a service period of 5+3 years. Namibia is an important mineral-producing country in Africa. The Hushan uranium mine is by far the world’s largest uranium mine with an annual mining and stripping volume of 140 million tons and a uranium resource of about 293,000 tons, ranking third in the world.
