On April 25, 2021, China Railway 22nd Bureau, China Railway 23rd Bureau, China Power Construction Road and Bridge, and China Construction Sixth Bureau won the bid for the development and construction of Langfang, Beijing Daxing International Airport Airport Economic Zone. The total investment is 2.47 billion yuan.

China Railway 23rd Bureau won the bid for the life guarantee area project with 630 million yuan. The project will build 15 municipal roads, including Chunhua Road and Chunxi Road, with a total length of about 13.214km. The construction content of the project mainly includes road engineering, traffic engineering, bridge engineering, water supply engineering, greening water supply engineering, rainwater engineering, sewage engineering, reclaimed water engineering, power engineering, lighting engineering, communication engineering, etc. The construction site is: the project is located in the life support zone of the Science and Technology Innovation Zone in the Linkong Economic Zone of Langfang City, with the fourth range from Pengcheng East Road in the east, Xiangyuan Road in the west, Langzhuo Road in the north, and Pengcheng Road in the south.

R&D Science and Education District Project

China Railway 22nd Bureau won the bid for the project with 700 million yuan. The project will build 13 municipal roads including Pengyun East Road and Xuxinzhuang Road. The total length of the road is about 12.91km. The project is located in the R&D, Science and Education Zone, Science and Technology Innovation Zone, Lingong Economic Zone, Langfang City Inside, 13 roads are planned to be built from Langzhuo Road in the north, Xianghong Road in the west, Xiangyuan Road in the east, and North Pengzhuo Road in the south.

Aviation Science and Technology Exhibition Project

China Power Construction Road and Bridge Group won the bid for the project with 560 million yuan. The municipal road network of the aviation science and technology exhibition area includes 17 roads, including 3 urban secondary roads and 14 urban branch roads. The construction content mainly includes road engineering, bridge engineering, traffic engineering, drainage engineering, reclaimed water engineering, greening water supply engineering, lighting engineering, telecommunications engineering, power engineering, water supply engineering, etc. The project site is: located in the starting area of the science and technology innovation zone, 17 roads to be built are located to the south of the planned Kaiyuan Road, the north of Zhengxing Road, the east of Fengxiang River, and the west of Yong'an River.

Offshore Innovation Service Center Project

China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau won the bid for the project with 580 million yuan. The construction scale of this project includes 4 roads of the offshore innovation service center, with a total length of about 6.52km. The construction content mainly includes: road engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, water supply engineering, drainage engineering, reclaimed water engineering, greening water supply engineering, power engineering, communication engineering, lighting engineering, traffic engineering, etc.  Editor/Xing Wentao、Design/Xia Changwang
