On the afternoon of April 28, 2021, TBEA announced that the company’s holding subsidiary Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. and Donghai JA Co., Ltd. have signed the "Strategic Cooperation Sales and Purchase Agreement." Donghai JA Co., Ltd. and other companies under its group companies will From April 2022 to December 2026, it will purchase 181,000 tons of primary polysilicon from Xinte Energy Company and its affiliated companies.

According to the latest calculation of the average transaction price of polysilicon dense materials, the total amount of the agreement is estimated to be approximately RMB 21.944 billion (excluding tax, this calculation does not constitute a price commitment), accounting for approximately 49.77% of the company's audited operating income in 2020. The contract stipulates that the unit price of the product signed by both parties shall be determined through monthly bargaining. TBEA said that the implementation of the agreement will help promote the stable sales of the company's polysilicon products and have a positive impact on the company's operating results.

Previously, TBEA announced its 2020 annual performance report on April 14. As the company actively explored the market, the 36,000-ton/year high-purity polysilicon industrial upgrade project reached production, the polysilicon output increased, and the revenue from the transfer of new energy power plants increased.
