On May 6, 2021, China COSCO Shipping Group Co., Ltd. and Hengli Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement on Changxing Island, Dalian. According to the agreement, the two parties will build a comprehensive logistics platform based on the principles of mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, and common development, comprehensively enhance cooperation in the entire logistics supply chain, deepen cooperation in energy transportation, and explore cooperation in other areas.
