For a long time, related core work such as the design, configuration, and debugging of the TCS system has been provided by the original foreign gas turbine manufacturers, and the phenomenon of "stuck necks" in the field of gas power generation is prominent. China Huadian uses the power of the entire company to organize Guodian Nanzi and Huadian Electric Power Research Institute to carry out independent and controllable TCS research on the protection principles, control strategies, functional algorithms, control system software and hardware design, and network-related safe operation of heavy-duty gas generators. Conducted in-depth research and successfully broke through the key technologies of E-class heavy-duty gas turbine body control principle research and logic design, combustion pressure pulsation monitoring and combustion adjustment, grid-related precision control, simulation modeling and other key technologies, and successfully developed an independent controllable TCS system. The debugging and operation adjustment of the gas turbine body were carried out, and a number of technologies filled the domestic gaps.

This set of TCS system inherits the "Huadian Ruilan" DCS independent controllable and intrinsically safe characteristics in terms of software and hardware platforms. The controller performance, valve control card operation speed, SOE accuracy, speed control deviation and other important indicators are better than similar foreign products , And according to the operating characteristics and key features of gas turbine units, the servo control and wet contact input SOE cards suitable for gas turbine fuel valve, speed ratio valve, IGV and other key equipment are designed to form a complete set of gas turbine control and protection technology.
