The cooperation period of the project is 15 years (including the construction period of 2 years and the operation and maintenance period of 13 years). The project covers Yicheng District, Xiping County, Shangcai County, Zhengyang County, Queshan County, Biyang County and Runan County of Zhumadian City, etc. Unblocked rural roads in 7 counties and districts include poverty alleviation projects, including county and township roads, roads leading to administrative villages, roads leading to natural villages, bridge reconstruction projects, and ecological corridor construction projects within the jurisdiction of each county.
