EPC General Contracting of Xi'an CEC Creative Center Project

On June 8, 2021, Shaanxi Purchasing and Bidding Network announced that the Xi’an CEC Creative Center project EPC general contract won the public announcement, and China State Construction Corporation Limited won the bid of 297,945,019 million for the project.

The EPC general contracting construction site of the CEC Creation Center project is located in the east of Shenzhou 4th Road, north of Hangchuang Road, west of Xingchen Road, and south of Xinghe Road. The total construction area of the project is 310,000 square meters, and the above-ground construction area is 196,000 square meters. The underground construction area is 114,000 square meters. The project plans to build a high-quality office, hotel, and commercial complex. The scope of this bidding covers the design, procurement, and construction of CEC Creative Center (general contracting of construction and related procedures for approval, construction and other relevant procedures of government departments and approval of relevant departments), until the completion of the inspection and acceptance and the overall transfer of the project. During the warranty period, the defect repair and warranty work will be undertaken, and the relevant coordination work will be undertaken at the same time, that is, the turnkey project. Xinshaoshan South Road (Xihu Road-Zhaoshan Avenue) connects to the city of Changsha to the north and starts at the intersection of Xinshaoshan South Road (Wanjiali Road-Xihu Road) and Xihu Road. It connects to Xiangtan to the south and ends at Zhaoshan Avenue. The Beijing Road rapid transformation project starts at Yingbin Avenue (West First Ring Road) and ends at the exit of Sulian Expressway. The total length of the route is about 12 kilometers. It adopts the urban expressway standard (taking into account the first-class road standard), and the auxiliary road has four lanes in both directions, and the design speed is 50km/h. The scope of the BJL-SG3 bid section contract includes: the construction of roadbeds, pavements, bridges and culverts, drainage and protection projects within the design scope of the Beijing Road rapid transformation project (stake number: K7+776～K11+850.298) and the implementation of the above Construction of temporary works necessary for the project and repair of engineering defects.
