China's metro vehicles have taken a crucial step towards "standardization". On June 28, China's first Chinese standard subway train developed by CRRC rolled off the assembly line in Zhengzhou, marking a major innovation breakthrough in the field of subway vehicle technology in China!
In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the urban rail transit industry, and enhance the technical level and core competitiveness of China's urban rail equipment, starting from July 2019, CRRC has joined hands with the China Urban Rail Transit Association, various subway companies, scientific research institutions and cooperative units to implement the joint implementation A series of Chinese standard subway train development and test projects, the purpose is to break through the key core technology, create a "standardized" subway train platform that meets China’s needs and advanced technology, improve the standardization and modularization of my country’s subway equipment, and establish a Chinese standard for urban rail equipment system.
After two years of technical research, the first Chinese standard subway train was successfully rolled off the assembly line, marking a major milestone in the project.
The Chinese standard subway train is based on Chinese standards, adopts standardized, modular, and serialized design concepts, inherits existing subway train operation experience and independently develops a technologically leading new product platform based on the needs of domestic subway users.
China standard subway trains have completely independent intellectual property rights, and the coverage of "China Standard" reaches over 85%. Compared with conventional subways, it has achieved "nine modernizations and two upgrades".
The offline subway train will be used on the "Zhengzhou Airport to Xuchang Line". It is a type B car with a speed of 120 kilometers per hour with GOA4 level fully automatic driving. It is developed by CRRC Sifang Co., Ltd. and is based on the Chinese standard subway train technology platform. The birth of the first vehicle product is also the first demonstration application of a standard subway project.
At present, the development of Type A cars at a speed of 120 kilometers per hour, Type A cars and Type B cars at a speed of 80 kilometers per hour under China's standard subway train platform is also progressing smoothly.
The development and demonstration application of serialized Chinese standard subway trains will promote the further improvement of my country's subway vehicle standard system, lead the "standardized" development of my country's urban rail equipment, reduce the life cycle cost of urban rail transportation, and strengthen the core of my country's urban rail transportation equipment technology. Competitiveness, to achieve the high-quality sustainable development of urban rail transit, and to provide important equipment support for the "transportation power" strategy.
