The National Construction Industry Cultural Construction Demonstration Project Department is a detachable prefabricated box girder steel base, bored pile gas lift reverse circulation hole cleaning technology, and prestressed reinforced concrete box girder. Mogou No. 1 Extra Large Bridge, located in Liulin Town, Hui County, Longnan City, Gansu Province, started construction on July 1, 2016 and completed on June 30, 2019. It is the control of Yangdian-Lijiahe Expressway in Hui County, Liangdang County Sex engineering.

The bridge is located in the Mogou channel. The slopes on both banks are steep and the terrain is complex. The total length is 2023m. It is divided into 2 sections. The first section is a separated section (left line: 20.04+39-30m, right line: 41-30m). The second section is a monolithic section (27-30m), and the upper structure is a prestressed reinforced concrete simply supported-to-continuous box girder. The lower structure is column pier, column platform, ribbed platform, and bored pile foundation (end-bearing pile).

During the construction of the project, the builders took the opportunity to create the "Quality Engineering" of the two emblems project, were brave in practice, good at innovation, and actively carried out research on the "four new technologies", and developed a detachable prefabricated box girder steel base that can be recycled. Utilization, energy saving and environmental protection. Air-lift reverse circulation hole cleaning technology is adopted to solve the common quality problem of incomplete hole cleaning in traditional positive circulation of bored piles. A kind of moisturizing and heat preservation curing shed is designed. The prefabricated box girder adopts biomass fuel steam for curing in winter, and atomizing for curing in summer, so it is maintained in all directions without dead spots. Introduced a front card type smart jack, effectively shortening the working length of the steel strand, and so on. They interpreted the "craftsman spirit" with practical actions and ensured the intrinsic safety and quality of the project.
