In order to further improve the level of industrial development in Ukraine, improve the level of infrastructure in the existing industrial circle. Recently, Uzbek’s Minister of Community and Territorial Development Alexei Chernyshev stated at the “30th Anniversary of Ukraine-Labor Resources” forum that the government plans to strengthen the infrastructure construction of 25 industrial parks by 2024. The minister stated that in the next three years, it is planned that the state will fund the construction of infrastructure networks for 25 industrial parks, which will create hundreds of thousands of jobs in related economic fields. Among the many advantages of industrial parks, the minister mentioned "low barriers to entry" and new investment convenience, which mainly refer to interest compensation, preferential loans, taxation and customs preferences.

At present, the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development, the Verkhovna Rada Economic Development Committee, the Ministry of Economy and experts are preparing to submit a second submission to the "Act on the Amendment to the Industrial Park Law" (No. 4416-1) in order to build major infrastructure and formulate economic incentive measures. read. The bill provides for supporting the development of industrial parks as follows: the state budget funds the construction of the industrial park’s engineering and transportation infrastructure; and provides subsidies for the operation and construction of the park’s loan interest.

The Ukrainian Industrial Park also provides investors with many policy and tax support. In order to ensure tax and customs preferences for industrial park participants, Acts No. 5688 and No. 5689 have already stated that they mainly involve exemption of income tax for 10 years of reinvestment and development, and exemption of tariffs and value-added tax on imported new equipment for self-use.
